Assistance in implementing IT obligations in taxes
There is currently a tendency to transfer tax settlements and contact with authorities to the digital dimension, and the tax authorities themselves want to have access to as much data as possible. New tax obligations are therefore imposed, which result in the need to modify taxpayers' IT systems.
The latest example is the mandatory JPK_CIT structure, which will have to be sent to the Ministry of Finance without a request, periodically, a bit like JPK_V7. Sending JPK_CIT itself will not be a problem, the real challenge may be adapting IT systems in such a way that they can generate the data required by the JPK_CIT structure. Not all systems are adapted to this, probably in many cases deeper interference and creation of reports directly from various data warehouses will be necessary.
The changes in IT systems are only part of the challenge. The second, no less important issue will be changing or introducing new tax procedures that will allow for handling new obligations. For example, when implementing KSeF, it would be good to process the transfer of data necessary for issuing e-invoices, so that the responsibility for the reliability of this data rests with the appropriate business unit.
I will be happy to support you in implementing your new IT-related responsibilities.
