Public consultations on legislative proposals

In recent years we have been dealing with an excess of legislation, there are many changes, very often they have a significant impact on taxpayers. 

Each draft of a new act or regulation goes through a public consultation process. During these consultations, each entity can express its assessment of a given draft and propose changes to it. 

It is worth taking part in public consultations if the changes concern your business. You know best how the changes in practice have affected your business. Your voice matters, 

Together we can put pressure on the Ministry of Finance by expressing constructive criticism or proposing modifications to the project so that its impact on your business is as minimal as possible. 

You have to know how to talk to the Ministry of Finance properly. I worked at the Ministry of Finance for 4 years on legislation, so I know perfectly well what arguments are good, what to avoid and how to comment on new projects.
